I don’t think I have it, but a friend of mine has it. Which makes me feel like I could have it, but more likely than not it is not contagious, so I probably don’t.
But explain this, darlings. Last Thursday Colby was really on its game, event-wise. Flagship Cinema, the local movie theater (actually, its only one of the local movie theaters, though the other one – Railroad Cinema – is kind of a hipster indie art house theater, which I happen to like,) was offering free movie tickets after 6pm to a number of movies that I wanted to see, including 21 Jump Street and The Hunger Games.
Concurrently, and the details of this are loose to say the least, there was some lecture about the female g-spot going on. I know, right? I can only assume there was an awkward Q & A that followed.
So what did I do? I slept through both of them like an idiot. Am I seriously at the point in my life where I can’t trust myself to wake up from a nap in less than 3 hours? And of course, I’m writing this after having woken up from a 3 hour nap that ended at 8 p.m. That’s not a healthy sleep cycle, I’m going be up all night tonight and probably going to pass the time by eating an entire pizza. I’m not Liz Lemon, I shouldn’t have to live like this.
AND I heard 21 Jump Street was hilarious.
Also, for some weird reason, the school told me to meet with my advisor this week to plan out my course load for the fall. But the course catalogue isn’t even out.
