ShowColby: Off-Campus Study Photo Contest Winners 2010

Each year the Institute of International Education publishes a list of the colleges that send the most students abroad, and every year Colby shows up near the top of the list. Between 50 and 70 percent of Colby students study abroad during the academic year, choosing among 144 Colby-approved programs.


In recent years the Office of Off-Campus Study has sponsored a photo contest for all students who studied abroad. Images were submitted and winners chosen in four categories: Learning Abroad, Portraits, Landscapes/Cityscapes, and Picture Yourself Here. The winners are presented here and help illustrate the impact of international study.
