Tarini Manchanda'09 speaks with Liza Hester '09 about the new Arabic study program that Liza has started at Colby.

Liza studied Arabic in the summer after her first year at Colby. As a junior she traveled to Jordan, where, although English was widely spoken, she got a better grounding in Arabic. To bring Arabic to Colby and to increase her student's understanding of the Middle East, Liza started a Colby Arabic study program. Despite initial hiccups, the club has more than 20 members and meets every week for basic language lessons. Run time: 4:58.

This episode was produced by Tarini Manchanda '09 and Fritz Freudenberger '09.

"The Experiment" (Theme Song): written, performed, and recorded by Baron Collins-Hill and John Ayotte.
